imagine a beautiful universe where instead of selling claudia out, lestat’s Dad Instincts kick in and he saves her instead, so they form a terrifying duo and adopt one of mojo’s ancestors (lestat needs something that will love him uncomplicatedly and unconditionally that will give him constant attention, so that he doesn’t need that from claudia. because, semi-reconciled or not, I can see her being very firm about parental behaviours she will allow) and take every fashionable society they pass through by storm.
