[Mikkelsen] asked to see the lung and said, what if I do it with my hands? I was watching on the monitor that shot when the camera comes up behind him and you don’t know yet what he’s doing, but you can tell it’s something that shouldn’t be shown on TV, then comes over the shoulder and there’s the lung reveal.
