It is kind of weird that a half-hour “Lower Decks” episode about the Federation re-establishing trade relations with the Karemma is pretty much the *only* canonical follow-up that there’s been to the Dominion War.
Picard season 3 will give us something more on it. But yes, absolutely. Just like how random easter eggs about Quark have been the only real call outs to DS9 for the last 5 years of modern trek.
