Bashir: Garak, this isn’t helping. 

This is easily one of my top ten favorite DS9 episodes.

Absolutely one of my very favorites. Possibly the one where less evil Weyoun perved on Odo the entire episode was up there with it. But how can you beat the ever-escalating levels of Gul Dukat’s self-importance?
