As a lesbian who had a VERY rough (and pretty incomplete at that) coming out, “Rejoined” really struck a nerve with me. I can totally relate to loving someone under cover while others sneak and snoop around trying to expose me because loving my girlfriend is seen as taboo.

Luckily for me I found the strength to never give up.
