the thing you have to understand about trip tucker is that he is so smart. like he is SO smart like legally a genius, starfleet’s wonderboy etc. but at the same time he is so so stupid he is a dunce, an idiot, a buffoon, and a fool. like he is earth’s most specialist boy in the sphere of engineering and mechanics but he is also the textbook definition of just some guy. some guy from FLORIDA no less. contains multitudes etc etc and that’s what makes him sexy
