Well, I definitely can’t get a picture with any better quality. The big picture is pretty much cut from all sides, there’s actually quite a lot of the little leverage Garak and Bashir are standing, but I guess that’s completely irrelevant anyway.
I’m not completely pleased with all the aspects of this picture… I didn’t plan the perspective enough, plus there probably should have been like… people in the town xD Or what ever. I’m just trying to figure out what the hell I’m going to do with a painting this massive.

After what these two went through together in this episode, I just wanted to draw Julian visiting Garak, giving him some tea, putting a blanket on him, and giving him some warm human hugs.

Garak/Bashir set is done~ This set was commissioned by lemonsweetie, who wanted some portraits of these two during three stages of their lives - early years on the station, years after that on a post-canon Cardassia where they’re both active and working to improve things there, and then years after that in which they’re both greying and just old and retired and wearing ridiculous tunics together.
I loved making this a progression by aging them and moving yellow blue around and fading all the colors out by the end, and then having it also reflect symmetry at the same time.
