You know, I think that is cool, even cute when in the fics, Spock sometimes call Jim in affectionate Vulcan terms (like t'hy'la or ashayam), but one thing that really annoys me is when Spock calls Jim for just these terms and not his name, all the time, especially in front of another people.

I mean, when we’re love we all become silly and make silly things, and call our beloved ones with fond names, but I would be annoyed as hell if one day my boyfriend/girlfriend only call me ‘honey’ 'sweetheart’ 'darling’ all the time and in front of another people (in my case is because I am shy, but in fanfics I think that it just let Spock so much OOC).
