ok so i just watched the search for spock…. and can we just talk about the looks that the crew gives spock when he’s just been resurrected?? like we all know about jim but just LOOK at these people…..

this man looks like he’s about to cry 

uhura’s eyes are SHINING with joy 

chekov is just awestruck

mccoy is smiling

look at the joy on his face!!!

we love to talk about spirk and we forget about the rest of the crew….. and even tho this movie is gay as fuck, the entire thing is still a testament to how much the crew cares for spock, how much they’re invested in his well-being and how much they sacrificed (willingly) to bring him back!!! jim loves him but so do they and at the end of the day that’s what i love most about the search for spock :)))
