Especially the Lies...: Lifespan - a Trill headcanon

The Star Trek visual dictionary mentions that Trill hosts have a “relatively short lifespan" and then goes on to state the well-known fact that the symbionts themselves have long lives.

This led me to think about things…

In comparison to humans, who live about 140 years in the Star Trek…
