I had to look up what ‘ghostwritten’ mean and for what I understood it’s when you paid someone to write for you but you put your name on it? If so… no, I don’t think so.

I really recognized Anne’s style in this book, and her style is quite peculiar - I read a lot of her books, not only the thirteen ones about vampires, but the first one of the angels, the first one of the werewolves, and single romances like Violin and Cry to Heaven (what can I say? The woman pissed me off sometimes but I really love her writing most of times), and she does have a recognizable writing style in all of them that I could see in this new book.

It just have some very OCC elements and new things that she could have left off or write better, but Prince Lestat is all Anne Rice.

• 5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon): Not sure I have five, but… Brian/Justin, Lindsay/Melanie, Michael/Ben… and sometimes I indulge thinking about Brian/Emmett
• Character I find most attractive: I’m afraid that answer is Brian Kinney again
• Character I would marry: Lindsay, probably
• Character I would be best friends with: Emmett and Debbie
• a random thought: This is one of my favorite series EVER and I love it to bits, but I’ll never be okay with the bisexual erasure in this show and nothing will ever convince me that Hunter isn’t bisexual. Also, I really with we had more scenes with Daphne, she was awesome.
• An unpopular opinion: Not sure about what would be unpopular, but… I really dislike Ted (mostly because he hurt Emmett and NOBODY hurts Emmett and keeps my love) and I really like Lindsay and Melanie?
• my canon OTP: Brian/Justin, I have so MANY feelings about these dorks you have no idea
• Non-canon OTP: It’s not exactly an OTP, but… Brian/Emmett?
• most badass character: God, this one is so hard, they all are SO badass in their own ways. Brian and Emmett are so damn proud and unapologetic about being who they are, they went through so much crap and their strength it’s beautiful to see. Justin was just a kid who suffered a horrible violence who left him physically and psychological damaged and he still didn’t gave up and was just so, so fucking brave. And there’s Ben and Vic facing their disease with so much bravery, and Hunter who was just a poor kid, and Debbie and Michael and Melanie and Lindsay with their kids, and god, I just LOVE how much badass and courageous everyone is and sorry I’m rambling
• pairing I am not a fan of: Michael/David, ew, I really HATED the way that David treated Michael.
• character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another): /sigh Sometimes it really, really looked like the writers had no idea about what to do with Lindsay and Melanie
• favourite friendship: Brian and Michael, god, I have so MANY feelings about that friendship
• character I want to adopt or be adopted by: I don’t know, maybe Jennifer or Debbie
  

Ahh, so glad in hearing it, anon! DS9 it’s my absolutely favorite Trek show out there, because I’m a sucker for well done character development and long, good plotlines.

I see sometimes people not very excited with the idea of watching DS9 because it’s the only Trek who is not in a starship, but it’s really really good so I’m glad I could somehow encourage you to give a try to this amazing show ~~
