Good Omens Concept Art by Jim McCarthy, part 2 (part 1 here) 

1) Interior of oddly English Satanic Nunnery, stole and painted on a classic greek statue to show the serpent winning at the end days.

2) The birthing room

5) Heaven concept as high office

6) The idea was that Heaven and Hell shared an entrance, angels reflections faded and they went up the stairs. Demons on the other hand went down as their reflection stayed while actual body faded. In final version demons sank into floor.
