After everything Lestat had it coming but ouch, this is harsh. I think this instantly became my favorite mean!Louis moment, maybe even surpassing my previously favorite one from the books:

That scene with Louis and his family was so sad ): the way Grace looked at him…

Also, one of the main flaws of Lestat and Louis’ relationship,especially in this early stages is their utter inability of communicate with each other and this show just. gets it SO well
