I bought tickets yesterday for the Guns N’ Roses show that it’s going to happen in my city this month - it was pretty expensive, but I’m really, really looking forward for it

Because… what can I say? When I was a kid, GNR was the first band that I loved. That I took a true interest in - it was the first time I truly loved music. It carries a lot of good memories for me. GNR is like - it’s my band - and I never, ever thought that I would actually see a show, so I’m very, very excited with the idea ~~

I just finished a brazilian book - it’s called, at least here, “Urupês”, by Monteiro Lobato. And it’s very deep and full of subtext and not-so-subtle text and it’s a book with a turning point in Brazilian Literature… and it’s also kinda of boring. But I’m glad to finish it, and now I just want to read fanfiction for a while -  I don’t want to read anything serious so soon ~~

[you can translate “so soon” to “tomorrow”, because tomorrow I will need to rent one more important book in Brazilian literature. Oh dear me, I have so much stuff to read :~~]

You most likely didn’t notice, but I’ve been away - against my will - in the last couple of days. Problems with internet connection, so, I’m sorry if any of you talked to me and I didn’t reply.

So I finished the Q Continuum trilogy

It’s actually pretty good, all the books, and I can’t help but wonder that this story would be an awesome movie

I loved how they used some misterious, old entities from the TOS verse. All the scenes between Q and Picard where simple priceless and beautiful, and I also wanted to punch Riker and Picard and everyone who wasn’t paying any attention to Barclay’s words because of his anxiety, because Barclay saved everyone’s ass for a while

Also, one of the book’s characters, Lem Faal, now holds my personal award of Father of the Year. You can get your award, Lem Faal, and then you can go sit beside Enabran Tain and Denethor

I wanted to go to the movies tomorrow morning, but I looked the wrong data in the website, and none of the theaters are showing the movie I wanted to see anymore and now I’m sulking because I was really looking forward for it

To end my night, that Voyager episode that I just saw sucks. No offense to Harry Kim, but his centric episodes are more than a little bad and boring

So I think it’s just better for me to sleep

I almost bought King Lear, but I only had money for one book and I like Macbeth better
