“We’re back in the kitchen and it’s for this difficult sequence that mixes two issues: a love dialogue and let’s say a medical issue, even acrobatic. There is a decision on set to shoot this scene as a sequence shot.”

“I have always thought of this kitchen as a domestic space, and while thinking about this domestic space in cinema, I had a friendly thought for Jeanne Dielman by Chantal Akerman. It’s a place that gave us the courage of a sequence shot.”
