You are judging me on my fitness to be a parent. Don’t deny it, Jadzia. I can see it in your eyes. I have proven myself to be a worthy husband to you, but you are not convinced I would be a good parent to your children.

Sisko Week - Day Eight

I didn’t know what to do for the last day, but since I did a lot of happy!Sisko posts, I thought it would be appropriate to end the week with a random gifset of Sisko’s smiles.

Sisko Week - Day Seven

                                                                AU - Deep Dish Nine

Benjamin Sisko is a widower raising alone his son, Jake. They lead a normal life, until Sisko decides that it’s time to bring a change into their lives.

He buys an establishment on the frontier between the Alpha and the Gamma cities, and decides to dedicate his life to an old passion: cooking.

With this in mind, Sisko opens Deep Dish Nine, a cozy and modest pizza place. Helped at first by his son and his old friends, the Dax sisters, Sisko soon starts to employ a very different range of people, who includes a med student, a wonderful but stubborn Bajoran woman and a family man trying to obtain a second income.

What seemed to be an unambitious investment soon turns into one of the most popular places in the Quadrant, and the ragtag group of employees Sisko hired turned into a second family for him. Even Sisko’s father is impressed… even if he would rather his son had made use of his college degree and had become an astronaut.

Sisko Week - Day Six

I know Sisko comes back to the station in the DS9 novels, but I didn’t read the one he comes back… even so, here it is a version of The Sisko coming back home :D

Sisko Week - Day Five

I know I already used baseball on day two, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I’m a predictable gal, and when the subject is Sisko + Fun, my favorites always are Sisko having the time of his life with baseball, and having fun cooking delicious homemade meals for himself and his family and friends.

Sisko Week - Day Four

My favorite friendship is Sisko & Dax, hands down. I love the lifelong friendship Sisko has with all Dax hosts, be it with Curzon, with Jadzia or with Ezri (and even with Yedrin for the shortest time). I love the respect, the trust, the jokes and the history between them. My #1 favorite is the friendship between Sisko and Jadzia, but I love the relationship he has with all the Daxes.

Sisko Week - Day Three

I love all the familial relationships that Sisko have, and really, is so refreshing to see a character not having a ton of family issues and having loving and healthy relationships with his son, his father and his girlfriend/wife, but my absolutely favorite is the rich and amazing father-son relationship between Sisko and Jake.

Sisko Week - Day One

I couldn’t decide just for one thing, so I put together some of my favorite Sisko traits. How clever he is, how far he is willing to go to do something he seems as necessary, how much he loves cooking and the love he has for his family and crew.

Seemingly out of nowhere, Dukat takes an interest in this orphan boy who recently arrives on our station. And then soon afterwards, with Gul Dukat’s assistance, we discover that the orphan boy isn’t really an orphan boy, but Pa'Dar’s long lost son.
